I also made a popsicle garland using the memory game from http://www.eatdrinkchic.com/post.cfm/diy-paper-popsicle-memory-game  Print them onto A4 card and cut out both sides of the popsicle (discarding the side panels). Cut some paddle pop sticks in half and glue them onto one side of the cardboard. Sandwich some builders twine between the two sides and glue. Keep adding them until you have a garland.
